Account Deletion – CSA Digital

Users can request account deletion by sending an email to:

csa@colegiosanagustin.edu.bo

Please include:

• Full name
• Registered email

Requests are processed within 72 hours.

What will be deleted:

• User account (login credentials)
• Access to the mobile application

Data retention and legal requirements:

Certain personal and academic data may be retained as required by educational regulations and institutional obligations. These records are part of official student registration systems and cannot be deleted through the mobile application.

If a user wishes to modify or request removal of official records, they must submit a formal written request at the school administration office, signed by a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with institutional policies.
